Learner Agreement for Online Learning Courses

By registering for the course, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Course Participation

I commit to actively participating in the course and following all instructions provided by the Learning Service Provider (LSP) to ensure successful completion of the course content and activities.

Adherence to Guidelines

I will adhere to the course policies and guidelines, including but not limited to deadlines, participation expectations, and behavior standards outlined at the start of the course.

Feedback and Self-Assessment

I am encouraged to provide constructive feedback to improve course content and delivery and engage in self-assessment activities as directed by the LSP. The following procedures are in place to gather feedback from learners:

  1. A short survey is provided at the end of the course to request feedback on the content and overall experience.

  2. A review form is available for students to rate the course on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide comments about their learning experience.

  3. Only select reviews will be displayed on the course’s landing page to help future learners make informed decisions.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure

Overview Effect LLC and its brands provides avenues for learners to share feedback, make suggestions, or file complaints:

Procedure for Handling Complaints

  1. Complaints are acknowledged by the Project Owner of the online courses within 72 hours.

  2. The complaint is evaluated by the Project Owner, Creative Director, and relevant Learning Department team members. A neutral responsible person, uninvolved in the subject of the complaint, is assigned to resolve it.

  3. The responsible person investigates and provides a resolution within 21 days.

  4. Records of complaints are securely stored in Google Drive.

Dispute Resolution

If a complaint remains unresolved and leads to a dispute, learners can escalate the issue to [email protected], [email protected] or the indicated email address with the complaint history and supporting evidence. A neutral mediator will review the case and propose a resolution within 15 business days.

Copyright and Use of Materials

The materials provided in the online courses (the “Works”) are the intellectual property of Overview Effect LLC (DBA of ATI Enterprises LLC). By accessing these materials, learners acknowledge the following:

  1. The Works are protected under copyright laws of the United States.

  2. Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Works solely for educational purposes as outlined in the course description.

  3. Learners are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, sublicensing, or sharing the Works without explicit written consent from the copyright holders.

  4. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or access codes may result in termination of access without refund.

Data Privacy

I understand that my personal data will be handled with care and confidentiality in line with the LSP’s data protection and privacy policy.

Completion of Assessments

I acknowledge the importance of completing all required assessments fairly.


Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for Collaboration with Interested Parties

This SLA is entered into between the Learning Service Provider (LSP) and the Interested Party (e.g., employer, external stakeholder), effective immediately, to outline roles and responsibilities for delivering high-quality learning services.

  2. Review and Improvement: This SLA will be reviewed annually to incorporate any necessary improvements based on feedback from interested parties.

Terms of Service for Online Learning Platforms

These Terms of Service govern the use of online learning platforms operated by the Learning Service Provider (LSP). By using the platform, learners and all parties agree to the following terms:

Breach of Terms:

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the removal from the platform or the course.

Privacy Policy:

By using the platform, learners consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the LSP’s Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Amendments:

The LSP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to learners and other interested parties.

By using the platform, all parties agree to these Terms of Service.
